IRL Meshworks (“IRL Meshworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by IRL Studio Corp. We are an independent product studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re / FiveM, Nike, Inc., or any other brand referenced on this site.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
3. The Services
The Services include our marketing site, partner onboarding flows, asset pipeline, catalog, APIs, SDKs, and related tooling. The Services are provided on an evolving basis; features may be added, modified, or removed.
4. Intellectual property & licensing
All third-party brand names, product names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this site or appearing in the catalog are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive, illustrative, or editorial purposes only. No real-world brand assets are reproduced or distributed by IRL Meshworks without an executed licensing agreement with the rights holder.
Catalog assets are made available only under the licensing terms attached to each asset. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or modify catalog assets except as expressly permitted by the asset license and your agreement with us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Services; (b) infringe any third-party rights; (c) use the Services to upload material you do not have the right to use; or (d) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
6. Fees & payouts
Where the Services involve royalty payments or payouts, terms are governed by your written partner agreement with us. Sales reporting is provided at the SKU level and reconciled monthly.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or specific commercial outcomes. Any forward-looking statements on this site about market size, player counts, or future marketplaces are estimates or analyst projections, not guarantees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRL Meshworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
