Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, apply to the designer marketplace, request API access, or contact us, we collect the details you provide (name, email, company, role, and the contents of your message).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) for security, analytics, and product improvement.

Partner data. If you onboard as a brand, designer, or developer partner, we collect the data needed to provision your account and reconcile royalties (e.g., Shopify catalog data, payout details, SKU-level sales).

We use information to: (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Services; (b) respond to inquiries; (c) onboard and support partners; (d) calculate and pay royalties; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and (f) comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, payments, accounting tools) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) parties to a transaction in which we are involved (e.g., a merger or acquisition); and (c) authorities when required by law.

We use a small number of essential cookies to operate the site and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work as intended.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a partnership is formed.
